Configure Claude Desktop
This page describes the recommended way to use Claude Desktop with Cubicspaces.
Compatibility
Claude Desktop support for custom API gateways varies by version. If your version can read Anthropic-style Base URL and token settings, use the configuration below. If it only supports official account login, route requests through Claude Code CLI instead.

Configure Environment Variables
Set these system environment variables:

After setting them, fully quit and reopen Claude Desktop.
Verify the Setup
If your Claude Desktop version supports custom gateways, send a simple message after reopening the app. If it still requires official account login, that version is not using the API configuration above.
Recommended Alternatives
For stable Cubicspaces usage, prefer:
